We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging. If the product packaging is damaged but the item itself not, you must submit a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Please be aware that all returns postage is payable by the customer. Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items returned within 14 days of receipt of order.
|Items that are returned as faulty showing signs of damage which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damage.|
To complete your return please follow these guidelines:
- To return your product please email us and we will advise you on the procedures to follow. We will answer your email within 24 hours.
- Enclose a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will issue a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation and of the returned goods, using the payment method you used for your purchase and in Euros. We will delay issuing the refund until we have received the goods and inspected them.
- Once we have received and inspected the returned items we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s) and, if compliant, that we are issuing the refund.
- You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, please Contact Us immediately with a brief description of the problem and a picture of the defect. We will get back to you within 24 hours to request further information and help you return the product. Should you decide to exchange it for a new item, the new item will be shipped to you free of any shipping costs.
- In the case that the package is shown as delivered by the tracking number but you have not yet received it, please make a claim with the shipping company directly. Contact Us if you need assistance with this.
- Due to covid-19, some shipping orders might delay. We will do our best to keep you informed on the progress of your order to the best of our knowledge.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns:
- Goods which have been used, marked, waxed or been subject to any external action that modified them from their original condition.
- Goods or services not purchased from our store. This includes all goods and services purchased from other stores that are completely unrelated legally or otherwise with us.
- Products that have been bought with gift cards (if applicable).
